Statistics confirm it. Historically, the strongest geomagnetic storms have occurred around the equinoxes. It's not a coincidence, it's pure physics!
And this Solar Cycle 25? It's currently ROCKING! Solar activity is high, sunspots are plentiful, and flares are firing one after another. So the combination of "active Sun + equinox" is like a combo in a game that gives you a bonus level.

Monitor solar activity, watch geomagnetic storm forecasts, and most importantly - have your cameras ready! If a proper coronal mass ejection comes toward Earth, we could have a light show that will drop your jaw to the ground.
